About Courtney

This is where our journey begins. Get to know Courtney and what she does, and how she's committed to quality and great service.

Courtney White is a certified grief coach, certified in the HOPE Model of grief coaching since 2025. She is also a speaker, author, and advocate with a deep commitment to helping individuals navigate pain, trauma, and healing with faith and compassion.

As author of Every Day Is a Second Chance: Where Grief meets Hope, and creator/founder of the 12-week grief coaching program titled, Every Day Is a Second Chance: From Lament to Legacy, featuring the Second Chance Path, she equips women to move from deep grief to renewed hope and purpose.

Courtney is currently pursuing her Doctoral degree in Trauma and Crisis Counseling at Regent University's school of Psychology and Counseling, where she is further developing her coaching and spiritual approach to restoration and resilience. Her work is both professional and deeply personal, shaped by a passion to walk alongside those facing grief, loss, and life-altering transitions.

In addition to her coaching, writing and speaking, Courtney served on the front lines of advocacy as a recruiter for therapeutically trained foster parents to serve as care providers for youth survivors of Human Trafficking, while also currently serving as a volunteer Ambassador for the Northeast Florida Human Trafficking Coalition, raising awareness and supporting efforts toward prevention and survivor care.

Known for her quiet strength and honest, hope-filled voice, Courtney creates spaces where women feel seen, safe, and supported as they process their stories and rediscover purpose.

Whether speaking at conferences, churches, or intimate small group gatherings, she carries a message of healing, identity, and the redemptive power of God to bring beauty from brokenness.
